Dog and Beth went back to their professional roots this week at the 2011 Professional Bail Agents US convention in Las Vegas. This is a special event as PBUS celebrates its 30th anniversary helping bail agents across the country.   Beth kicked off the convention with the opening address on Monday to a packed hall at the Flamingo hotel executive convention center.  She kept it all business as she spoke of the many challenges the organization faces, but left the crowd with an inspiring message that the group is stronger with unity when they work together.   Not to be outdone, Duane filled the hall again on Tuesday and shared the incredible story of his personal and professional career, and was interrupted countless times with applause from the packed hall.  Leland, Lyssa & Duane Lee shared the front row in support of their parents at both events.   And probably the highlight of the week so far was the womens only luncheon Beth hosted mid-day on Tuesday.  The event drew more than double the expected crowd as more than 100 ladies from the bail industry listed to Beth speak about the growth and importance of women in the business.  She let the crowd know that the United States bail industry now enjoys 47% women bail business owners.   Dog, Beth and the crew also spent time at their Bounty Store booth at the convention.  All spent time with their fans, and as important with their colleagues in the business.  Although the events of the week were covered by the A&E film crew, both Duane and Beth took the opportunity to make this a working week as part of the very important PBUS organization.
