I am appalled by this story. One man is Dead and another in critical condition! Are you kidding me? They are looking into what they were wearing??? What a joke! They need to be looking into why their dispatcher’s did not tell Officer Bailey that there were Bail Bondsman on the scene. They knew it and had sent other officers there .All squad cars can hear all calls from dispatch, Surely someone would have heard that location being broadcasted for the second and third time. They should have known that they were at that location already. I find it also disturbing that the proper “STOP OR I’LL SHOOT” or ”DROP THE WEAPON” OR “EVEN FREEZE POLICE” was not used. What’s happening hear we just open fire and ask questions later? This Time line is incredibly close and you cant tell me that they weren’t aware of what was going on. Dispatch centers are close quarters and there is no excuse for a break down of communication when you’re the communication hub! Period! A man is dead another critically wounded and the Fugitive got away to Boot! JSO is investigating their clothing?
